Supernatural Episode 2

I forgot to mention earlier that this week's episode of Supernatural involved a Windigo, which, as I understand it, is a type of Sasquatch, big foot type of creature. This creature, according to the episode, is an old creature that was either an Indian or a hunter that, in order to survive at some point in time, resorted to cannibalism. It's pretty common knowledge that in some cultures (ancient), there were myths that eating human flesh imposed some type of gifts on the cannibal, and in this episode, it imposed speed, strength and endurance, I guess. The only way to destroy this creature is through fire, according to legend.
I liked the first episode so much more, but this one was pretty interesting.
